Firework / Bonfire night inspired nails!

Hello everyone, hope you all have had a great start to the week. I still can't quite believe that we are already in November, October literally went by in a flash. But anyways I am here today with a quick firework/bonfire night inspired nails, which I thought I would do, considering it is 5th November.

Bonfire nails from last year!

I wasn't too sure what to do at first on my nails, but found my Moyoulondon New Years stamping plate No 5, and there were some firework stamps on there, which I decided to use and do a bit of a mix up on the nails with them.

I decided to paint my nails with the gorgeous blue from Barry M- 'Crystal Blue' & the Ciate purple polish called 'Moonlit Whispers', as I thought that both these colours would be the perfect background for some pretty fireworks. I also decided to paint the Ciate moons & stars polish 'Cosmic Love' on the middle finger, as thought with the moons & stars sparkling, it would fit perfectly with the theme of fireworks.

Bonfire nails from last year-design 2!

I ended up deciding to put the big firework stamp on my thumb and small finger. I originally did these both in white, but then decided I wanted to add a bit more colour to them- and so using my red and gold nail art pens, I just filled in some of the white with them. I am so glad I did, as they look so pretty and a lot more colourful now. I then did a gold stamp of the smaller fireworks on the index finger, this one I wasn't the happiest with as it didn't show up that well over the dark purple, but that's ok as it still fit's in with the other nails.

The last stamp I went with, was the stamp with 3 fireworks in it. I did this again in the gold, this stamp is ok, but on the nail you can't really see what they are supposed to be properly, haha! But nonetheless I still love how this nail design turned out-especially as I just kind of went with it, not really knowing what I was gonna  do, hehe! I feel the photos don't really do it all justice, as the lighting was going fairly quickly whilst I was trying to take them, but hopefully you all can see how pretty they look. I also below added a picture of the nails with the flash on, to try and show the sparkles a little bit more.

Hope you all like these simple firework nails, let me know in the comments if you are doing anything tonight for Bonfire night-would love to know what you all are getting up too? I went and saw the firework display in Bath on Sat night, and they were so lovely this year. Have a lovely evening whatever your doing :) .
