Bonfire inspired nails!

Hello everyone, i'm back today with a bonfire inspired nail look that I created on my friends nails for the 5th November. I wanted to try out some more freehand nail looks so thought I would create some firework nails to embrace bonfire night.

For this look I used a dark blue polish with a bit of sparkle in it to create the background and dark night look for the colourful fireworks.

Products used- the dark blue polish- Ciate polish 'midnight in Paris', Nails inc caviar basecoat, the gold, green and red nail art pens from a pack of 5 pens by npw.

For this look I did basecoat, 2 coats of the Ciate dark blue polish, then with the different coloured nail art pens just did a dot in the middle and drew lines coming out from it with one colour, then added the other colours in just drawing different sized lines to create a firework effect. I also decided to do a 5th Nov on the thumbs which I just wrote on with the gold nail art pen. I love the nail art pens as they are so easy to use and are great for creating different looks.

I think for my first attempt these have came out o'k. It was fun creating them and doing a fun firework themed nail look.

I will have one more bonfire inspired look going up on Sunday, 5th November, keep a eye out for it.
