Mini review of the Bourjois radiance reveal concealer!

Hello everyone, hope you all are having a lovely week so far. I am probably a little late to this, as I think this concealer has been put for a while but I wanted to come on here today to do a little review of my thoughts on the Bourjois radiance reveal concealer. I heard so many good things about this concealer and wanted to get it for ages but just not got round to it, until the other month back and have loved it ever since. Think I have found my new favourite drugstore concealer.

I normally love the Nars concealer, but for everyday use it is quite expensive to use. So, I wanted to try out and find a new cheaper alternative. When the Bourjois concealer was released, it sounded like what I was looking for and then I started to see so many people raving about it, so thought I would get it and see what all the fuss was about. For reference I have dry/ sensitive skin and fair skin, I normally don't really like a lot of drugstore concealers, as I either find them too dark or too drying for my skin. I picked up shade 01 Ivory.

What Bourjois say about it:
Radiance reveal concealer corrects, illuminates and hydrates. This light- enhancing concealer hides dark circles and imperfections for an instant fresh and radiant look. Formulated with pure Mont Blanc glacier water and moisture-binding Hyaluronic Acid, it delivers up to 24 hours of hydration to keep your under-eye area feeling fresh all day. To visibly reduce imperfections, dark circles and puffiness around the eyes, this concealer is your secret weapon.

My thoughts on it and why I love it so much:
I love this concealer as for once a drugstore concealer isn't to drying on my skin and this lasts on my skin pretty much all day, and it is lighter enough for my skin too for once. I mostly love this concealer for under my eyes, as it brightens them up, covers dark circles very well, doesn't crease under my eyes or leave my under eyes looking dry and cakey. I do sometimes use it to cover up any imperfections or redness on the rest of my face, but if I do have some really bad dry patches it can sometimes look a bit flaky and dryness can be seen. But it does cover up spots and redness really well, so i would say it is pretty good coverage. I reckon as it has Hyaluronic acid in it, that is why this is so good for my dry skin and why it feels so hydrating and lovely on my skin. One of my new favourite concealers for sure.

Have any of you tried this concealer yet, if so what did you think about it? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below. And if you have any other drugstore concealers that you think I should try then let me know.
Enjoy the rest of the week and I will be back Sunday for a new nail related blog post. :)

  2. I've heard such good things about this concealer but I'm still yet to try it! It definitely looks pale enough for me from that swatch which is quite rare for a drugstore concealer so I'll be keeping my eye out for it next time I'm shopping!
