First Halloween nails-Skeleton nail stamping!

Hello everyone, I am so excited that it is October, as it means it is time to create all the Autumn and Halloween nails that is possible. Also mainly just excited as I love Autumn and this time of the year. If you have seen my latest post, you would of seen that it has just been over a year since I started blogging again, and that this time last year I created lots of Halloween inspired nails, which I really enjoyed doing. Now I'm not a massive fan of Halloween it's self, but i loved coming up and creating all the different nails, especially as it was the time I finally managed to get the hang of nail stamping.

The first Halloween nail design from last year

So, as it is October now, I thought it was finally time to start with the Halloween inspired nails. I have been so excited to start doing these and hopefully this will give me my motivation back for my blog and nails. So, for the first Halloween nails, I just wanted to start with something simple and easy, not too much to it and not too full on. Hence why I decided to just do 3 nails with the skeleton on and mix it up with the white, iridescent polish to tie it in with the white skeleton.

Freehand Halloween nails from last year

The products I used for this simple nail design are as follows:

* New look black polish- for the base of the skeleton
* Nails inc white iridescent polish called 'Whitechapel'- for the other 2 nails
* Moyoulondon Halloween nail stamping plate No.16.
* White stamping polish by Moyoulondon.
* Nails inc kale base coat
* Nails inc kensington top coat

How I did the skeleton nails-

1. Applied base coat, wait to dry.
2. Applied both base polishes-2 coats of each, wait till dry and apply top coat.
3. Once fully dried, apply skeleton nail stamp to 3 of the nails, over the black polish. ( Did this by applying the white nail stamping polish to the plate, scraped over at a 45 degree angle and rolled the stamper over the stamp slowly to pick up the skeleton).
4. Apply an additional top coat over the skeleton stamp to make it last longer and not rub off.
