Simple Ghost & Mummy Halloween nail stamping design!

Hello everyone, hope you all are having a lovely week so far. I am back today with another simple, nail stamping Halloween design.

Today, I have some spooky ghosts & little mummy nails. I had painted on these 2 colours at the weekend, and thought they would be perfect colours for a base for a Halloween design. I wasn't too sure what I wanted to do, but then seen these little ghosts and the mummy stamp on my Moyoulondon stamping plate No.53, and decided to pair these 2 together for this quick and easy design.

Halloween nails from last year...

As I have said before, once you have the hang of nail stamping, this is such a quick and easy nail look to do, if you haven't got much time but still want something Halloweeny on the nails. This is why I love nail stamping, as once you have the technique for it, you can just paint what ever colours as a base and then stamp on whatever design you want, and still have a pretty nail design, even if you can't really do nail art or don't have the time to do nail art.

How I did it:

1. Apply chosen base coat- ( Nails inc kale base coat )
2. Apply 2 coats of chosen colours to all nails, and allow to dry. ( Blue colour= Nails inc 'Kensington Palace' & the purple colour is= Nails inc 'Dover Street Market').
3. Then apply a quick drying Top coat- ( Today I used Nails inc Kensington top coat )
4. Wait to dry, shouldn't take to long if you use a fast drying top coat.
5. Then apply chosen nail stamping designs.
6. I also decided to add glitter too 2 of the nails and did some dots but kind of messy, to create little splodges of slime, like goo around the ghosts, just to add something else to the design, as I felt it just looked a bit plain with just the ghost. I also decided to dot on little black eyes, on the 2 of the ghosts and the little mummy.

I thought the little ghosts looked so cute, the little mummy is ok but I wasn't the most happiest with the way he came out, especially on the ring finger as he kind of went off to the side, haha! But that's ok, as that's just what happens sometimes and it doesn't always have to look perfect, as that is the fun of nails, aye. Hehe!

Let me know what you think of this Halloween design below in the comments, and keep an eye out for more Halloween nails to come.
