2 nail designs from the new Moyoulondon Illusion nail stamping plate!

Hello everyone, happy Sunday! Hope you all have had a lovely first week of the new year! Today I have 2 nail stamping designs for you all that I done using one of my new Moyoulondon nail stamping plates. One design on myself and one on my friends nails, both stamps from the Illusion nail stamping collection, plate no.06.

The first nail design is on my own nails. I thought one of these illusion stamps would look perfect over Ciate's pretty colour 'oil slick'. I mean look at this colour it is so pretty, this is one of the recent nail polishes that I received for Christmas and I love it.

I decided to go for a black stamp over this polish as I thought it would pair nicely together. This stamp picked up very well and went on very nicely on the polish. I did on a couple of nails have to add a bit extra to the stamp as my nails are pretty wide so the stamp didn't fit all the way across but other then that it went on smoothly. As usual I painted on 2 coats of the colour and always put on a topcoat before applying the stamp as I find that the polish dries quicker that way. The stamp I chose it kind of hard to explain but it reminds me of one of those kaleidoscopes things, that you would look through as kid and see that pattern in it, if anyone understands what I mean haha!

The next look I did was on my friend's nails, she seen one of the stamps on this illusion plate and said that it reminded her of the Versace logo, so we painted her nails with a new look black polish and done the illusion stamp in the metallic gold colour from Moyoulondon to match it with the colour of the logo.

These aren't the best pictures if her nails but it was quite hard to capture it. We were both very happy with how these turned out on her nails and one of my favourite nail designs that I have created.

The illusion plate is so cool and I love how both looks turned out. I love how the stamps look on the nails, creating 2 completely different looks. If you would like to see the Illusion plate you can see it in my blog post, a few nail stamping plates I picked up from Moyoulondon recently...'!
