New nail polish releases that are on my wish list.
Hello everyone, hope your week is going well so far. I wanted to do a post today, about some new nail polishes that are being released for Spring and what I am saving on my wish list to buy. I thought this would be good to do, to show you all some exciting new polishes, if your on the look out for some new lovely spring colours to wear. I do love Spring, it's one of my favourite times of the years.
From what I have seen of some of the new launches, there are some really beautiful colours launching and I am so excited for them. These are just a few of the new nail polishes I have seen around that are coming out or are already out for Spring time:

The first new launch that I wanted to talk about was the new polishes from Barry M, the under the sea collection. Oh my, these colours are so beautiful and from the swatches I have seen of others wearing them, they look so pretty on the nails. I have tried Barry M polishes before but haven't really brought any in a while, but I will definitely be buying this range as soon as I can, as these are my kind of colours. These are the two-toned, colour shifting kind of polishes that I just adore. They are priced at £3.99 and from using Barry M in the past, I highly recommend you try these out if you are looking for some new colours like this but not wanting to spend too much. Expect to see a post on these very soon.

I have never used Deborah Lippmann polishes before, but I saw this set that they have out for Spring and fell in love with the colours in it. The set is called 'Touch me in the morning' & it includes 6 limited edition colours-all described as shades of dirty pastels and all in the gel lab pro colours. These colours are perfect for Spring time and look so lovely. This little kit would be perfect for trying out some of the Deborah Lippmann polishes and comes in a beautiful flower-bed packaging design. This is definitely more on the treat side of polishes as the set is £28.00 on nailpolishdirect, but I have heard good things about these polishes.

I also wanted to include the new Spring collection from Zoya, as again I don't think I have used their polishes before but this new collection looks so pretty. It's called the Thrive collection and contains 6 colours including 4 pastel shades, 1 dark pink and a metallic purple by the looks of it. They only cost £9.95 too. The pastel shades definitely drew me to this collection as I love those kind of colours for Spring time. I really want to try some of Zoya's polishes out as I always hear such great things about them and the pricing is very good as well, I must get round to trying them out soon.

The last new release I wanted to talk about is something a bit different and I am not to sure if it has been released in the UK just yet, but seen it has launched in the US. I am very excited for these OPI chrome powders as I just love chrome as you know and all of these look so beautiful. The best bit as well is that you can use the powders over normal polish as well, and they even have a little video clip showing you how to as well. I have tried other chrome powders over normal nail polish and some do work but not always had the best effect from them. These are probably one of the things I am most excited for, cannot wait to try them out. Maybe not so much a Spring launch but I wanted to include it too.
There we have it, just a few new nail polishes that I have my eye on, but I am sure there will be more soon too, haha! Hope you enjoyed seeing what is new currently in the nail polish dreamy land. I think you can tell from this, that the iridescent, two-toned, chrome type of polishes are going to be quite big still for Spring/Summer time, which I am completely fine with as I love them, hehe! I also think they are such a great way to just get a effortless look but still gives a really good effect, without having to do anything other than paint the colour on-if that makes sense.
Let me know in the comments which new nail polish release you are most excited about and may have to pick up? I am sure you will be seeing some swatches of these new polishes on here and my Instagram very soon :) .
I will be back Sunday, with some Spring themed nail art :)

I've never tried any of the other brands but I find Nails Inc take too long to dry (I'm so impatient), but I LOVE Barry M polishes! I have a review on my blog of the Molten Metals collection and will be checking out the Under the Sea range next time I'm in Superdrug!
ReplyDeleteHello Holly, thank you for stopping by and reading my blog! Ah that's fair enough, I kind of find it the other way, as I love Nails inc & find they dry really quickly especially when paired with a quick drying topcoat, but I do see what you mean as sometimes the polishes can be a little thicker and take a little longer to dry but everyone has their own favourites aye hehe ;) but Barry M are lovely and I will check out your review on the Molten Metals range too! Have a lovely day, take care Chantelle x
